Shropshire Warm Welcome is an initiative which aims to help residents of Shropshire stay warm over the colder months and find help and advice in regard to the rising cost of living. The initiative is run by the Marches Energy Agency on behalf of Shropshire Council and further details can be found here.
Stoke St Milborough Village Hall will serve as a Warm Welcome Hub from February 2025 onwards, and you can find details about when we are open on the Village Hall page.
There are over 40 Warm Welcome venues across the county, so if you are looking for other options, click the button below:
Marches Energy Agency has provided a range of resources to help and advise the community on ways to stay warm and to save money. Scroll down to view these, and you can download your own copies of them if you wish. Many of these resources are available at the Village Hall in hard copy for you to take away. Come along to our Creative Community Cafe on the first Monday of each month, 2pm to 5pm to get hold of your own copies.
