Stoke St Milborough Village Hall Management Committee currently comprises the following members, who were voted in at the January 2025 AGM:

Emma Martin (Committee Member)
Brian Norgrove (Committee Member & Trustee)
Elise Reilly (Committee Member)
Phil Reilly (Committee Member)
Martin Scott (Treasurer& Trustee)
Ashley Smith (Secretary & Bookings & Trustee)
Billie Urey-Guest (Committee Member & Trustee)

Various additional volunteers help out on an ad hoc basis with certain events and activities, but do not sit on the committee in a formal capacity. 

The Committee meets approximately six times a year to discuss bookings, forthcoming events, ongoing projects, maintenance and the state of the current finances, as managed and reported by the Treasurer.

Anyone wishing to help us keep the Village Hall running effectively and profitably will always be welcome, either as an occasional volunteer or as a full Committee member.  Just drop in and chat to us any time we are open or get in touch via our email address [email protected]
