Stoke St Milborough Village Hall Management Committee currently comprises the following members, who were voted in at the January 2025 AGM:
Liz Beaumont (Committee Member & Trustee) Caroline Dahn (Chairman & Trustee) Emma Martin (Committee Member) Brian Norgrove (Committee Member & Trustee) Elise Reilly (Committee Member) Phil Reilly (Committee Member) Martin Scott (Treasurer& Trustee) Ashley Smith (Secretary & Bookings & Trustee) Billie Urey-Guest (Committee Member & Trustee)
Various additional volunteers help out on an ad hoc basis with certain events and activities, but do not sit on the committee in a formal capacity.
The Committee meets approximately six times a year to discuss bookings, forthcoming events, ongoing projects, maintenance and the state of the current finances, as managed and reported by the Treasurer.
